  • How can I make a reservation with Aston Coach?

    You can make a reservation online, by phone or email us..

  • How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

    We suggest reservations be made 5 hours in advance to secure your service. You can book online minimum 8 hours in advance. For last minute reservations, please call us at (201) 713-7525 depends on our availability, we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Why do you ask for a credit card number when I make my reservation?

    A Credit Card is to hold and secure your reservation. You will not be charged until the day you use our service. We will apply the final charge once we confirm the extras such as Tolls, Parking, Extra Stop or Waiting Time.

  • Can I pay cash or not provide a credit card when maing the reservation?

    Cash is accepted, also you can talk to our agents to be charged in the car; however, we still do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require at least:

    • 3 Hour notice for SEDANs
    • 6 Hour notice for SUVs
    • 12 Hour notice for VANs
    • 7 Days notice for Mini Coaches, Stretch Limousines, and Buses

    If you cancel less than policy notice before your scheduled pickup time, we will charge a 75% cancellation fee.

  • Lost and Found Procedures?

    Aston Coach is not liable for lost items left behind in any vehicle by a passenger, however we do have a Lost and Found department. If you suspect you have left an item in a Aston Coach vehicle, please call us at (201) 713-7525 and speak with a dispatcher.
